English Reading Coaches needed in Beijing

Gogo Reading is a fast-growing company, focusing on American Graded reading. We devote major efforts to develop children's reading skills.
Library Coaches need to assist in all aspects of guided independent reading program. The program is designed to nurture independent reading behavior and improve reading comprehension skills over a period of time. Students will be required to undertake a library‘flow’ in which they will read, undertake AR quizzes on iPads, interview with a coach and write book reports on the stories read. Library Coaches will be required to monitor this process and use motivational tools to ensure that students maintain interest and achieve set goals. In order to achieve this, coaches need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students through literature.

1. English reading teacher to kids aged from 4-16
2.Job Location: huilongguan, Beijing
3.Working hours:
Wednesday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm (one hour for lunch)
Monday and Tuesday off

Requirements
1.Native English teachers
2.Love teaching kids, no teaching experience is required
3.BA degree or above
4.Teaching certificate or teaching experience preferred
5. clear background check
